Maintenance Contract

Keeping your Web site content fresh and alive is essential if you are going to have repeat visitors. We will also be happy to do updates for you. The following are the functions that will need to be addressed,

News, upcoming events, details of new products or services, new links etc will need to be added on a regular basis to your site.

Some elements of your site - such as the addition of major new sections or pages which require a change of the navigation system, may require intervention on our part. We can also handle day to day maintenance of the site if you wish us to. The following options are available:

Our Maintenance Service

1. Periodic Updating or Additions
  • We will update your site anytime you ask us to for an hourly rate of $35.00, with a minimum charge of one hour.
2. Budget Site Maintenance Contract

includes the following

  • Quarterly checking and monitoring of search engine positions
  • Quarterly resubmission to search engines if required
  • Minor additions or alterations to site text content twice monthly
  • Monthly review of site to check for broken links, problems etc. Rectifying same

Annual Cost: $200 + 5 per page in site

 
3. Standard Site Maintenance Contract
  • Weekly Graphic WebTrends Report on your Site (daily online reports available also)
  • Monthly checking and monitoring of search engine positions
  • Quarterly resubmission to search engines as required
  • Minor additions or alterations to site text content weekly
  • Weekly viewing of site to check for broken links, problems etc. Rectifying same
  • Addition of up to 20 new images over 12 months, excluding photography
  • Creation of new icons and navigation elements for additions to site as required.
  • Addition of new pages up to a pre-agreed maximum over 12 months

Annual Cost: $500 + $5 per page in site
